Cheerleading

Our nationally ranked teams practice year round to compete on a local and national level. Teams perform a 2:30 second routine and are separated in to age and skill levels. 

We offer Tumbling classes for all skill levels, and pride ourselves on teaching perfect technique and proper progressions.

Gain strength, coordination, balance and confidence in this exciting  45 min class.  

This team runs from November - March and competes 2-3 competitions per season.

Learn the fundamentals of Stunting, Tumbling, Jumps, Dance and more in this exciting one hour class.  

Flight school gives the flyer the opportunity to work on body position, balance and the confidence needed to be the best flyer they can be. 

Our 6 week program teaches athletes the fundamentals of cheerleading while learning a routine. This routine will be performed in front of family and friends at the end of the session.

This class prepares young athletes with the fundamental skills needed to join a competitive cheer team. 

Open gym allows for a safe environment for athletes of all sports to train and enjoy time with friends.

Have a party at the gym celebrating a special day with your friends and family.
